Play-based, no-cry treatment for torticollis.
The misalignment of your baby’s head and neck can negatively impact their head shape, how they eat, and how they move the rest of their body. Eary treatment for torticollis can set your baby on the right track for their optimal development.
Stretches are only a small part of the treatment plan. In fact, crying or resisting stretches can actually be counterproductive. Instead, we focus on active movements that strengthen the neck and create symmetry in the body. And we make it fun!
We treat congenital and acquired torticollis.
Does your baby have a head turn preference or tilt their head to one side?
Does your baby have a flat spot on their head or have they been referred for an orthotic helmet?
Did you have a prolonged labor, difficult delivery, or shoulder dystocia?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, your baby would benefit from a torticollis evaluation.

Nicole was so wonderful with our baby boy. At 4 months, he was falling behind on some milestones and hated tummy time. She worked with him to release tension in his neck/back and gave exercises that helped him love tummy time ! He just turned 7 months and he is already crawling, I know it’s only possible because of the work Nicole did with him. We loved her coming to our house to work with our baby!
